We are pleased to accept timely returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items within 7 business days of receiving the item. Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost packages being returned to us.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
