All orders placed Monday through Friday before will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please note all orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following business day.

We offer free shipping via USPS regular mail to US and Puerto Rico.

🖍 RETURNS

We are pleased to accept timely returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items within 7 business days of receiving the item. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials. Send us an email a crayonpendants@gmail.com with the return or exchange reason and we will send you the instructions. Returns will not be granted for items not taken care of.

All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned.

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order.
